My objective: live and work here, (the latter needs some imagnation...)
1. - Help for people moving to, or planning to move to this area
- General advice on administrative procedures, legal procedures, can act as legal representative.
2. - Advice and local supervision for building and renovation projects
- I can supervise construction and renovation projects while you are away, getting the right
people to work at the right time, knowing the french industrial standards and building regulations.
I can get an architect involved where necessary.
3. - Direct intervention in building projects
I can also personally do most construction jobs up to a certain scale.
Some jobs can be contracted with a subcontractor on your request.
- Electricty
- installation of complete lighting and heating systems and repairs.
- Antennas
Hifi/TV antenna installations, lightning protection, repairs.
- Plumbing
- repairs and installation of complete house water and heating networks.
- Solar
- Solar heating and photovoltaics - installation and repairs
- Water
- Installation of water pumping and filtering equipment, utility rainwater treatment and storage.
- Roofing
Construction and repair of slate, shingle and tile roofs.
My slate roofs are double leakproofed where required, they resist leakage even with high winds and
snow blown under them.
4. - Computers
If really you can't do without one of these (like me), I can install and repair PC-based
systems and operating systems, add lightning protection to your modem/ISDN lines that won't fail,
do uninterruptible power supply installations (even centrally for the whole house or part of it).
Ask me for satellite based internet access or the status of the WiFi network project in this area.
5. - Services for the funflyer
If you plan to fly through the Ariege area and stop at St. Girons-Antichan airfield, LFCG),
feel free to contact me for things like
approach details, accomodation & reservation, hangar space and services, / fuel available,
flight trainings available, etc.
